Beatriz’s career spans over 20 years and her approach is built around effective, pain-free sports massage for chronic pain, everyday injuries and sports-related problems.
Her main focus is the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal conditions that affect health, movement and wellbeing.
She began in lymphatic drainage massage, including work with cancer patients and pre/post-surgery treatments, before developing a passion for sports massage and advanced orthopaedic massage.
Massage does not need to be painful to be effective. The right treatment should be carefully tailored to the person, their body and their goals.
